Marinated Fresh Porcini Mushrooms

Serve on a bed of leafy salad and crusty French bread.

Step 1
2 cup porcini mushrooms
1 cup olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp noble sour px
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Cut 2 cups of fresh porcini mushrooms into cubes.

Heat 1 cup of olive oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms.

Season with freshly ground salt and pepper, as well as 1 tbsp. of maple syrup.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. Noble Sour PX and 1 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar.
Notes
