Nuoc Cham

Step 1
1/4 cup Fish sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
1/4 cup Freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Carrot • finely grated
2 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro leaves • chopped
1 tbsp Fresh mint leaves • chopped
1 Thai bird chile • thinly sliced
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside until ready to serve.
