|2 habanero chili • roasted|
|1 garlic clove • roasted|
|100 g onion • roasted|
| sea salt|
|150 g salsa mexicana|
Clean the skins off of the roasted garlic, onions and chili.
Crush the roasted garlic in mortar or Molcajete with salt and the roasted habanero chili. Scoop out the pulp of the avocado and add to to the mortar and mash together with the garlic and chili mixture.
Add the lime juice, Salsa Mexicana and correct seasoning to taste.
