|4 white egg|
|4 tbsp noble sour px|
|2.5 cup confectioner sugar|
|1 cup coconut flakes|
|1 tsp coffee • strong|
|4 tbsp dark chocolate • grated|
Whip 4 egg whites until stiffened.
Add 4 tbsp. Noble Sour PX and 2 and a half cups of confectioner sugar
Whisk together until smooth and creamy.
Add 1 cup of coconut flakes to the batter, as well as 1 tsp. of very strong coffee (espresso or instant) and 4 tbsp dark chocolate grated.
Mix very carefully.
With two teaspoons shape little macaroons, placing them on a baking tray covered with baking paper, store the mix in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Place the tray on medium-level in 300°F preheated oven.
Let it dry for 1/2 hr.
