|2 tbsp • Wasabi powder|
|1/2 tsp • Dijon mustard|
|1 tbsp • Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|• Zest of half of 1 lime|
|1 1/2 tbsp • Honey|
|2 tbsp • Rice Wine Vinegar|
|1 tbsp • Water|
Place the wasabi in a mixing bowl. Add a tiny bit of water at a time, adding just enough until the wasabi comes together as a paste and easily forms a ball. Add the mustard, lime juice, lime zest, honey, rice wine vinegar, and water and whisk together to mix well.
Continue whisking, while adding the vegetable oil in a slow, steady stream.
