|2 tbsp wasabi powder|
|1/2 tsp dijon mustard|
|1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice|
| zest of half of 1 lime|
|1 1/2 tbsp honey|
|2 tbsp rice wine vinegar|
|1 tbsp water|
Place the wasabi in a mixing bowl. Add a tiny bit of water at a time, adding just enough until the wasabi comes together as a paste and easily forms a ball. Add the mustard, lime juice, lime zest, honey, rice wine vinegar, and water and whisk together to mix well.
Continue whisking, while adding the vegetable oil in a slow, steady stream.
