|1/2 cup • Mayonnaise|
|1 cup • fat free plain Greek yogurt|
|1/3 cup • chopped green onions|
|1/2 tsp • Black pepper|
|1 1/2 cups • cooked bacon • roughly chopped|
|2 cups • chopped tomatoes|
|1 cup • finely shredded romaine lettuce|
|• Food Should Taste Good Black Bean Multigrain chips • for serving|
In a medium bowl, combine mayo, 1/2 cup bacon and green onions with 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into a very shallow bowl.
Top mayonnaise mixture with tomatoes. Place remaining bacon on middle of tomato mixture. On the rim of the bowl/platter, scatter the shredded lettuce. Serve with bean chips.
