|1/2 cup Mayonnaise|
|1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt|
|1/3 cup chopped green onions|
|1/2 tsp Black pepper|
|1 1/2 cups cooked bacon • roughly chopped|
|2 cups chopped tomatoes|
|1 cup finely shredded romaine lettuce|

In a medium bowl, combine mayo, 1/2 cup bacon and green onions with 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into a very shallow bowl.
Top mayonnaise mixture with tomatoes. Place remaining bacon on middle of tomato mixture. On the rim of the bowl/platter, scatter the shredded lettuce. Serve with bean chips.
