Lemon Rosemary Olive Oil Cake

Step 1
17 oz • Pastry Flour
1.5 cup • Granulated Sugar
.5 tsp • Baking Soda
.5 tsp • Baking Powder
.25 cup • Fresh Rosemary • chopped fine
3 tbsp • Lemon Zest
Combine.
Step 2
1.5 cup • Milk
1.5 cup • Olisur Blend EVOO
3 • Eggs • whisked
Combine, then add to ingredients listed above and blend until smooth. Pour into a 9" cake pan that has been lightly coated with olive oil and lightly dusted with flour. Bake at 350F until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 3
10x Sugar as needed
Sift over cooled cake to garnish.
