3.5 lb bleu cheese
2 lb penko bread crumbs
1 lb caramelized shallots • chopped
1/4 bunch thyme
1/4 bunch parsley
1/4 bunch rosemary
salt & pepper to taste
Chop herbs and combine all ingredients, careful not to over-mix.
