2 lb Penko Bread Crumbs
1 lb Caramelized Shallots • chopped
1/4 bunch Thyme
1/4 bunch Parsley
1/4 bunch Rosemary
Salt & Pepper to taste
Chop herbs and combine all ingredients, careful not to over-mix.
