|1 cup Cheese • grated|
|1 tsp Onion • grated|
|1 tbsp Parsley • finely chopped|
|2 cup Thick white sauce|
|Bread crumbs as needed|
|1 whole Egg • beaten|
|1 tbsp Water|
|Oil • for frying|
Add cheese, onion and parsley to white sauce using a double boiler and heat cheese until melted.
Turn out onto a well greased platter and cool.
Shape into a cylinder, roll in bread crumbs, dip into mixture of egg and water and roll again into crumbs.
Fry in oil approx 380F about 1 minute or until golden brown.
