Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Step 1
14 oz Organic whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp Sodium free baking powder
6 oz Organic whole milk
1/2 cup Organic olive oil
2 oz Water
Mix the dry ingredients and the wet, knead until firm (about 7 minutes).

Cut into 9 equal pieces, lightly coat them with oil and cover with saran wrap.

Allow them to rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
To form and cook;

Roll each piece of dough to 1/8" and cook on a medium heat griddle or teflon pan until their color changes to a lighter shade. on both sides.

Lay them out to cool and then wrap them for keeping.
Step 3
To make pizza:

In a small, medium hot teflon pan, put 1/2 tsp olive oil and allow it to get hot.

Cover the dough with desired toppings and place in the pan.

Put the pan into the oven at 450F and cook until cheese is golden and dough is crisp.
