Dill and Chive Vinaigrette

Step 1
2 cup grapeseed oil
1 cup rice wine vinegar
Mix together the oil and vinegar.
Step 2
1/2 cup cornichons • minced
1/2 cup capers • minced
2 each hard boiled eggs • minced separately
1/2 cup chives • sliced
1/2 cup fresh parsley • chopped
1/2 cup fresh dill weed • chopped
1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Add the rest of the ingredients. Season and keep refrigerated.
