Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette

Great dressing to use for greens, such as mizuna, nappa cabbage, mustard greens and arugala. Add to a variety of beans, grains and roasted or fresh vegetables to create a light flavorful side dish or accompaniment to a variety of proteins.

Step 1
2 cup mushroom soy
1 cup soy sauce
1 cup korean red ginger • peeled and grated
1 cup green onion • sliced
1/2 cup garlic • minced
1/2 cup sesame oil
extra-virgin olive oil to taste
24 oz balsamic vinegar
3 each lime • juiced
kosher salt to taste
black pepper to taste
Combine everything EXCEPT the oils.

Add in the oils slowly to emulsify, season with salt and pepper.

Keep refrigerated.
