Asian Balsamic Vinaigrette

Great dressing to use for greens, such as mizuna, nappa cabbage, mustard greens and arugala. Add to a variety of beans, grains and roasted or fresh vegetables to create a light flavorful side dish or accompaniment to a variety of proteins.

Step 1
2 cup • Mushroom Soy
1 cup • Soy sauce
1 cup • Korean Red Ginger • peeled and grated
1 cup • Green Onion • sliced
1/2 cup • Garlic • minced
1/2 cup • Sesame Oil
Extra-virgin olive oil to taste
24 oz • Balsamic vinegar
3 each • Lime • juiced
Kosher salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Combine everything EXCEPT the oils.

Add in the oils slowly to emulsify, season with salt and pepper.

Keep refrigerated.
