Step 1
4 cup • Flour • sift
3 cup • Sugar
3 cup • Brown sugar
4 tsp • Baking powder
1 tsp • Cinnamon
1/2 tsp • Salt
Mix all to blend.
Step 2
1 lb • Butter • melted
4 each • Eggs
2 cup • Heavy cream
Add liquid to dry, mix only to incorporate, do not over mix. This is a traditional batter to pour over sugared fruit which is then baked in a cast iron skillet.
