Warm tortillas in oven or toaster oven on warming setting, covered with a damp towel, or place on a low burner for a split second to make flexible. Place cheese mixture in center of tortilla. Fold in sides and roll up like an egg roll. Wet the end of the tortilla before you roll it up to help seal. Place in a vegetable sprayed, oven-safe dish. Bake in oven at 350° for 10 mins.
