Step 1
9 oz Egg yolks
1 cup Sugar
1 qt Heavy Cream
Rum, To Taste
Coco Lopez, To Taste
Coco Extract, To Taste
Whip egg yolks and sugar by hand over a double boiler until thick.

Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Fold cream into egg yolks.

Add rum, coco lopez and extract to taste.
