Bacon Topped Meatloaf

2 whole • Eggs
1/2 cup • Onion • finely chopped
1/2 cup • Green Bell Pepper • finely chopped
6 tbsp • Ketchup
10 • Saltine crackers • crushed finely
3 tsp • Worcestershire sauce
1.5 tsp • Salt
2 lb • Ground Chuck
4 slice • Bacon Slices
Preheat oven to 400F. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, onion and bell pepper, 4 tbsp of ketchup, saltines, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.

Add the beef and blend well with your hands until just combined. Form the mixture into two loaves. Place onto a shallow baking pan, spread with remaining ketchup and place bacon on top of loaves.

Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
