12 tbsp • Chopped Shallots • Chopped
5 tbsp • Lemon Juice
10 tbsp • Fresh thyme • Chopped
4 tbsp • Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp • Sugar
1.5 gal • Canola Oil Blend
3 qt • EVOO
Add the first six ingredients to bowl, slowly add oils while whisking.
