Step 1
 nonstick cooking spray
2 clove garlic • chopped
3 oz onions • diced
3 oz carrots • diced
3 oz celery • diced
1 oz fresh herbs • chopped
16 oz chicken stock • defatted
16 oz veal stock • defatted
2 cup wild rice
Spray large pot with nonstick cooking spray. Quickly sauté onion and garlic. Add carrots and celery, and sauté with small amount of chicken stock for 2-3 mins. Add seasoning, fresh herbs, chicken and veal stock, and bring to a boil. Add wild rice. Cook untill liquid is absorbed.
