Kh'yaaf b'Lubban - Chilled Cucumber and Yogurt Soup

Step 1
2 clove Garlic, crushed
3 tbsp Mint leaves • chopped
Mix the crushed garlic and chopped mint.
Step 2
4 cup Yogurt
Beat the yogurt with a wire whisk until smooth and mix with the mint and garlic.
Step 3
8 each Cucumbers • peeled, seeded, and slice
Salt to taste
Combine cucumbers with the yogurt mixture and allow to macerate for several hours. Puree until moderately smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt.
