3 oz • Eggbeaters
2 oz • Skim Milk
1/2 tsp • Vanilla extract
1 • Vanilla Bean, split
3 slice • Whole Wheat Bread
Whip together Eggbeaters, skim milk, vanilla and vanilla bean (for added flavor). Dip bread into liquid mixture, allowing liquid to be absorbed.

Spray flat top with non-stick cooking spray. Carefully place soaked bread on flat top, cooking on both sides until golden brown.

2 oz • Yogurt Fruit Sauce
Top French toast with strawberry sauce, yogurt, fruit sauce, or fresh berries.
