|3 tbsp toasted almonds • chopped|
|3 tbsp butter|
|6 tbsp parmesan cheese|
|3 tbsp heavy cream|
|3 tbsp parsley • minced|
|kosher salt and pepper to taste|
|6 slice brioche • crusts removed|
In a sauce pan over medium heat toast almonds until they have lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes. Add butter and saute until golden brown. Combine cheese, cream and parsley, add salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toast strips. Sprinkle tops with almonds and place into a 375F just before serving warm.
