|3 tbsp Toasted almonds • chopped|
|3 tbsp Butter|
|6 tbsp Parmesan cheese|
|3 tbsp Heavy cream|
|3 tbsp Parsley • minced|
|Kosher salt and pepper to taste|
|6 slice Brioche • crusts removed|
In a sauce pan over medium heat toast almonds until they have lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes. Add butter and saute until golden brown. Combine cheese, cream and parsley, add salt and pepper to taste. Spread on toast strips. Sprinkle tops with almonds and place into a 375F just before serving warm.
