|4 oz chicken burger patty • see recipe|
|3 oz fresh spinach • steamed|
|1/2 tomato • chopped|
|1/2 tsp chives • chopped|
|1 1/2 slice whole wheat toast|
Grill 4 oz. chicken burger patty and roughly chop. Place on bed of steamed spinach in middle of plate. Sprinkle with chopped tomato and chives. Serve with unbuttered toast on plate to side.
