|3 each egg whites|
|2 tbsp pecorino romano or parmesan cheese|
|3 cup spaghetti, cooked|
| black pepper, to taste|
|3 sprays olive oil cooking spray|
In a stainless bowl, whisk egg whites until frothy. Add in cheese, pepper and spaghetti.
In a non-stick hot saute pan, spray with cooking spray. Place 1/2 cup spaghetti batter in pan to form a pancake. Brown until golden and turn over to brown the other side.
Serve immediately or warm in oven.
Serve with a fruit or tomato salsa.
