Step 1
20 oz light corn syrup
20 oz dark corn syrup
5 oz molasses - blackstrap
3 oz sugar - maple
4 oz cake flour
8 each egg
3 lb sweet potatoes • roasted, peeled, pureed
Mix all, pour into light blind baked pie shells. Finish baking at 335F until firm and shiny.
