Step 1
1/2 cup calamata olives • pitted
3 each garlic • roasted
2 tbsp capers
2 oz lemon juice
1/2 tbsp pepper flakes
3 each anchovies • chop
1 oz olive oil
Saute all ingredients except bread for 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 2
1/2 cup white bread • dice
Pour over bread, let stand 1/2 hour, puree until semi smooth.
