Step 1
1 cup Cornmeal
1 cup Whole wheat pastry flour
2 tsp Baking soda
1 whole Banana, very ripe
1 1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, nonfat
4 oz Eggbeaters
4 whole Egg whites
Apple compote, or sauteed apples for topping
Combine ingredients. Ladle three 2 oz. ladles of pancake batter onto flat top. Cook till golden brown. Place on plate, top with compote or fruit.
