Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

Step 1
4 each Garlic cloves • minced
1 each Scallion • trimmed & minced
2 tbsp Ginger juice
1/2 tsp Chile flakes
3 tbsp Peanut oil
1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
4 tbsp Peanut butter
1/2 cup White wine
4 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 tbsp Rice Wine vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame oil
Heat peanut oil and saute garlic and scallions. Add chile flakes and ginger juice, simmer.

Add remaining and simmer 5 minutes gently, remove and chill. **use this for a sauce as well as a marinade.
