|200 g butter|
|250 g onions • finely chopped|
|1/4 bunch coriander leaves • chopped|
|15 g cumin powder|
|1 pinch red chile powder|
|2 kg tomatoes • cut in strips|
Cut in half and remove yolks. Collect all yolks in a bowl. Add butter, salt, pepper, finely chopped onions, coriander, cumin, and a pinch of chile powder.
Fill a piping bag with the mixture and pipe out straws in the hollow egg whites.
Garnish each egg half with a tomato strip.
