Step 1
5 cup basmati rice • cooked and cooled
2 bags frozen corn kernals • cooked and cooled
1/2 can #10 can black beans
1 whole red pepper • diced
1 whole green pepper • diced
1 whole yellow pepper • diced
2 whole jalapeno peppers • seeded and diced
1 bunch cilantro • chopped
2 whole lime zest
1/2 white onion • diced
1/2 red onion • diced
1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all Ingredients together.
