Step 1
5 cup Basmati Rice • cooked and cooled
2 bags frozen corn kernals • cooked and cooled
1/2 can #10 Can Black Beans
1 whole Red Pepper • diced
1 whole Green Pepper • diced
1 whole Yellow Pepper • diced
2 whole Jalapeno peppers • seeded and diced
1 bunch Cilantro • chopped
2 whole Lime Zest
1/2 White Onion • diced
1/2 Red Onion • diced
1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all Ingredients together.
