Sweet Beer Mustard

Step 1
1 lb brown sugar
1 lb yellow mustard
1/2 lb green mustard flour
1 1/4 qt dark vinegar or brandy vinegar
1 1/4 qt beer
1 tsp salt
Bring beer and vinegar up to a boil. Combine sugar, mustard flour and salt together in a bowl. Pour hot beer and vinegar over dry ingredients. Mix well and let it cool down.
