Sweet Beer Mustard

1 lb Brown Sugar
1 lb Yellow Mustard
1/2 lb Green Mustard Flour
1 1/4 qt Dark Vinegar or Brandy Vinegar
1 1/4 qt Beer
1 tsp Salt
Bring beer and vinegar up to a boil. Combine sugar, mustard flour and salt together in a bowl. Pour hot beer and vinegar over dry ingredients. Mix well and let it cool down.
